Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping carrier.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be sent by email.

Please ensure recipient shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Divine Wrapped Co. is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information.

Gift Messaging

Gift messages are included exactly as submitted during checkout. Please review all messages carefully before placing your order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control.

If a package appears delayed or lost, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first. You are also welcome to contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Damaged Deliveries

If a gift arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the packaging and products.
